Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Mezherium Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Exit Liquidity.
Information handled by the app
Exit Liquidity does not require an account and does not ask for your legal name, financial account details, wallet address, seed phrase, precise location, contacts, photos, or health information.
- On-device game data: saves, settings, accessibility choices, tutorial state, blocked founder identities, your accepted community-rules version and acceptance time, and a randomly generated pseudonymous player identifier are stored on your device.
- Online game data: if you use leaderboards, daily challenges, duels, rival runs, or Council Mode, we receive the founder display name you choose, pseudonymous player identifier, fictional coin name and ticker, scores and results, game command logs used to verify results, and multiplayer room activity.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes network request information such as IP address, date and time, and request details. The service also uses IP address temporarily for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Safety and support data: an in-app player-safety report includes your pseudonymous player identifier, the reported founder identifier and display name, the game surface, the reason you choose, and any optional details you enter. We store blocking relationships between pseudonymous founder identities to enforce multiplayer separation. We also keep moderation decisions and review notes for safety, accountability, and appeals. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message and attachments.
Advertising and consent
The iOS app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform for optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and whether you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, Google may process an IP address (which can indicate coarse location), device or advertising identifiers, advertising data, ad and product interactions, crash data, and performance or diagnostic data. These data may be used for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service operation.
Rewarded ads appear only after you choose to request a specific in-game benefit. You can decline or dismiss an ad. Where required, Settings provides access to Google-managed privacy choices. You can also change App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings.
How we use information
- Provide, save, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the game.
- Verify submitted runs and operate leaderboards and multiplayer modes.
- Detect abuse, enforce limits, investigate safety reports, and protect the service.
- Provide optional advertising and measure its performance.
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
Sharing and public information
Founder display names, fictional tickers, rankings, scores, and game outcomes can be visible to other players when you use online modes. Do not use your legal name or include personal information in a founder name or ticker.
We use service providers to operate the app, including Microsoft Azure for hosting and Google for advertising and consent management. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention and your choices
Local game data remains on your device until you reset the app, delete it, or iOS removes it. Verified runs and public ranking records may be retained to maintain historical leaderboards and service integrity. Multiplayer rooms, blocking relationships, safety reports, moderation decisions, and operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, moderation, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Removing public content from the game does not necessarily delete restricted moderation evidence. Unblocking a founder changes the current block relationship; moderation and operational records may remain for these purposes.
You may play without entering a founder name and avoid online modes. You may decline ad consent where offered, deny tracking permission, and skip optional rewarded ads. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we can reasonably associate with you, email taptixgamemaster@gmail.com. Because the game has no account system, include your founder name and any support ID shown in the app so we can locate the record.
Children
Exit Liquidity is not directed to children. Its satire, mature themes, online features, and advertising are intended for the audience indicated by the App Store age rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no network service is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
